These terms apply to your use of webtales.space, operated by Webtales ("we", "us"), Kolkata, India.
Beta
Webtales is in beta. Our service range, process and pricing may change as we grow. Changes never affect work already agreed in a signed proposal.
Services
Each client engagement is covered by a written proposal or agreement setting out scope, deliverables, timelines, fees and payment terms. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement wins.
No guaranteed results
Search rankings, AI assistant answers, social reach and campaign performance depend on third-party platforms we do not control. We commit to doing the agreed work to a professional standard, not to specific rankings or numbers.
Intellectual property
Once paid in full, you own the final deliverables made for you, unless the agreement says otherwise. We may keep drafts and working files, and may show finished work in our portfolio unless you ask us not to. Stock, fonts, AI tools and third-party assets stay under their own licences.

Liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any engagement is limited to the fees paid for that engagement.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and disputes go to the courts of Kolkata.
